We need you to urge Senators Sinema and McSally to take a stand for Arctic wildlife!
The Trump administration is moving quickly to industrialize one of our last untouched landscapes, the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge.
The heart of this refuge, the coastal plain, is an oasis for wildlife. The world’s most imperiled polar bear population, the Porcupine caribou herd, Arctic foxes and millions of birds all call this habitat home.
But if the Trump administration gets its way, that habitat could become a polluted wasteland for the sake of short-term oil profits - and those wildlife would have nowhere else to go.
Recent polling found 67% of Westerners think Congress should protect wildlife and our environment over increasing energy production on our public lands. The Arctic Refuge Protection Act (S.2461) would do just that and protect the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge once and for all. Senators Martha McSally and Krysten Sinema could help this bill succeed by cosponsoring it - but first they need to hear from you!
Urge your senators to stand up for Arctic wildlife and habitat by cosponsoring the Arctic Refuge Protection Act!
