Millions of acres of forest habitat could be at risk in Utah. Right now, the incredibly popular Roadless Area Conservation Rule protects key watersheds, wildlife habitat, recreational values and archeological, cultural and historical resources across the National Forest System.
But now, Utah is seeking to roll back those protections on nearly ninety percent of roadless areas in the state, opening these public forests to irreversible damage caused by logging, road construction and other development.
Take action: Tell the Secretary of Agriculture to reject Utah’s petition and keep these national forests protected!
Dear Secretary Perdue,
