Hold your Senator Accountable
Last week, the Senate joined the House in approving H.J. Res. 69, a bill that overturns the Alaska Wildlife Refuges Rule and opens the door for the state’s controversial "predator control" program.
By striking down these important wildlife protections, Congress has facilitated Alaska’s efforts to drive down the number of carnivores through extreme methods.
Sadly, one or both of your senators voted to overturn the Alaska Wildlife Refuges Rule and the safeguards it provided for wolves and other predators on national wildlife refuges in the state.
It is more important than ever for us to speak out and voice our concerns so that we are not ignored in the fights ahead.
Please let your senator know that you WILL hold them accountable for their actions!
