Stop The Proposed Dam Across the Yellowstone River!

The pallid sturgeon is one of the most endangered freshwater fish in North America. The largest remaining wild population lives in the lower Yellowstone River the longest undammed river in the contiguous United States.

But now the Army Corps of Engineers wants to build a dam across the Yellowstone River that could doom the sturgeon forever. The Corps proposed a bypass channel for the fish to swim around the dam, but an overwhelming majority of regional fish biologists feel the bypass channel will not work and the dam will block fish from moving up and downstream.

That’s why we’ve filed suit to stop this deadly dam.

Help keep the Yellowstone River flowing freely and tell the Army Corps of Engineers not to build this dam!
